This warm and healthy Spinach Artichoke Feta Dip is the perfect dip to serve at any gathering (fingers crossed we can have those again soon!).  Easy and delicious, we combined a few of our go-to Mediterranean ingredients to make a dip that’s packed with flavor and goes great with crackers, veggies, pita, and more. The key to this recipe is keeping it simple and letting the flavors of the dip shine! This dip can even be made ahead of time; all you need to do is just pop it in the oven when you’re ready. What could be easier? It’s cheesy, super flavorful and takes very little effort, making it ready to serve in no time. This will become a definite go-to for get-togethers with family and friends.

  • Garlic clove
  • Green onions

How to Make Spinach Artichoke Feta Dip

As promised, it only takes a few steps to make this dip. First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.  Next, thaw and drain the spinach well, using a clean towel to press out as much liquid as possible. Watery spinach will make the dip runny, and nobody wants that! Add the spinach and remaining ingredients to a bowl, stirring to combine. Spray an 8×8 glass baking dish with cooking spray and transfer the mixture to the dish. Top with two ounces of crumbled feta cheese and a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese. If you are not serving the dip right away, cover the baking dish and place it in the refrigerator until ready to heat. Otherwise, bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and then broil for a few minutes to brown the top of the dip. Serve immediately.
