Spinach Artichoke Feta Dip
This recipe is a healthier, lightened up version of spinach and artichoke dip using Greek yogurt. It's the perfect cheesy, warm appetizer for any gathering!

- 1 12 oz package frozen spinach
- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 + 2 oz feta cheese crumbled
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 4 green onions chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Thaw and drain the spinach.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
Spray an 8x8 glass baking dish with cooking spray and transfer the mixture to the dish. Top with two ounces of crumbled feta cheese and a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and then broil for a few minutes to brown the top of the dip. Serve immediately with your favorite crackers, veggies and bread.
