What do you need to make Easy White Bean Dip?

Easy White Bean Dip ingredients
  1. White beans (cannellini or great northern beans)
  2. Garlic
  3. Lemon Juice
  4. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  5. Parsley
  6. Salt & Pepper

If using dried beans you’ll need to prep them the night before. Simply place the beans in a bowl and cover with water and set aside overnight allowing them to soften and double in size. Drain and rinse the beans before adding them to the food processor for this recipe.

How to make Easy White Bean Dip

All you need to make this recipe is a food processor and it takes just a few minutes, no cooking required! Add the drained and rinsed beans to the food processor along with the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and parsley and blend on high until smooth. You’ll need to stop to scrape down the sides so that all of the ingredients get incorporated. Next, add salt and pepper to taste and give it another quick blend. And you’re done! Transfer to a bowl and top with additional parsley, olive oil and kalamata olives (optional), it’s that simple!

  • 15 oz can white beans cannellini or great northern beans
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Drain and rinse the beans.
