Easy White Bean Dip

This creamy White Bean Dip is made with just a few simple ingredients and a food processor and can be whipped up in under 10 minutes! Great for snacking with a side of crunchy veggies.

Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz can white beans cannellini or great northern beans
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Drain and rinse the beans.
  • Add the beans, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and parsley to a food processor and blend on high until smooth. Stopping to scrape down the sides so that all of the ingredients are incorporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer to a bowl and top with additional parsley and olive oil (optional) or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
