Latholemono with olive oil, lemons, garlic and herbs

We can guarantee that once you have made this Greek dressing, you’ll be using it on everything!  Start cooking with Latholemono and you’ll be Greek cooking for sure! Latholemono translates to lemony olive oil, it’s a classic vinaigrette used on many Greek dishes. The combination of olive oil, fresh lemon juice and oregano can’t be beaten!   A simple, flavorful dressing that enhances everything from meat to fish and vegetables.

How To Use Latholemono

Add the latholemono to veggies before baking or roasting, and experience a new jam-packed flavor.  Or try pouring some over hot steamed vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, green beans or zucchini!  A meal in itself and the possibilities are endless.

As we head into grilling season, use it as a basting sauce for a variety of cuts of meat.  Latholemono works well as a marinade for fish, chicken, pork and lamb. Try using it on grilled salmon, it’s beyond delish! ( We think that’s a blog post in the near future!)

Even though we like to watch our carb intake, we sometimes love to make some latholemono for a dipping sauce to compliment crusty bread or pita. Our motto: everything in moderation!
