Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add olive oil to medium size bowl.
Whisk in the fresh lemon juice.
Add salt, pepper, oregano and garlic to the olive oil mixture and stir to incorporate.
Dressing is now ready to use. If you are not using the dressing immediately, you may store it in an airtight container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
