Salsa
- 4 large tomatoes
- ¼ cup red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- ⅓ cup cilantro
- salt & pepper to taste
- jalapeno peppers optional
- red pepper flakes optional
Roughly chop the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno (optional) and garlic and add to a food processor.
Next add in the cilantro, juice from one lime and pepper flakes (optional) salt and pepper.
Pulse until desired consistency. For chunky salsa, pulse just a few times.
