Avocado Mayonnaise
Low fat, egg-free recipe for mayonnaise alternative made from avocados. Use it as a sauce, dip or spread.

- 2 ripe avocados seeded
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Halve avocados, remove pits and scoop out the flesh.
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor except oil, blend until smooth.
Add oil in a slow stream.
Once the oil has been added, continue to blend for one minute.
Once the desired consistency is achieved scoop the mixture into a bowl and its ready to use!

- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
