Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil divided
  • 1 8 ounce block feta cheese
  • 16 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 pkg fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp dried orgeano
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Add the cherry tomatoes to a 13x9 baking dish and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Push tomatoes to the side and place the block of feta cheese in the center. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with the seasonings.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes
  • Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente.
  • Add the spinach to the pasta pot & stir until wilted. Drain pasta & spinach.
  • Remove the baking dish from the oven & mash the feta & stir together with the tomatoes.
  • Add the pasta and spinach to the baking dish and stir well to combine. Serve immediately.
