Ingredients

  • ¾ cup grated English cucumber squeezed
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • ½ lemon juiced

Instructions

  • Peel the cucumber and finely grate.
  • Place the grated cucumber in a linen cloth or cheesecloth and squeeze to remove water. Getting rid of the excess water from the cucumber is important so that the sauce isn’t watery.
  • To a bowl, add the yogurt, cucumber, dill, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Stir until combined, cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours for best flavor.

Notes
