Strawberry Chia Pudding
- 1 8 oz container fresh strawberries
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ cup honey
- ¼ cup chia seeds
Chocolate Chia Pudding
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Strawberry Chia Pudding
Wash and hull strawberries.
Add the almond milk and strawberries to a blender and puree until smooth.
Pour mixture into a bowl, and add the honey and vanilla extract.
Stir in the chia seeds.
Cover bowl and refrigerate approximately 4 hours.
Chocolate Chia Pudding
In a mixing bowl, add cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla. Blend to incorporate.
To the cocoa mixture slowly add in almond milk and whisk until smooth.
Add your chia seeds and continue to whisk until all is combined.
Lastly stir in the mini chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate approximately 4 hours.
Assembly
After puddings have set, remove the bowl from the refrigerator and begin making layers of pudding in desired glasses.
Top each glass with sliced strawberries and a few chocolate chips. Pudding will last about 5 days refrigerated
