Blackberry Chia Jam

This blackberry jam is super nutritious and uses protein-packed chia seeds, lemon and honey. It a vegan and gluten-free versatile condiment that's so easy to make!

Ingredients
  

  • 2-2½ cups blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Add blackberries to a saucepan and heat over medium heat and bring to a light boil.
  • Use a fork or potato masher to break up the berries and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Stir in lemon juice, chia seeds and honey and remove from the heat.
  • Allow to cool completely and transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
