Blackberry Chia Jam
This blackberry jam is super nutritious and uses protein-packed chia seeds, lemon and honey. It a vegan and gluten-free versatile condiment that's so easy to make!

- 2-2½ cups blackberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tbsp honey
Add blackberries to a saucepan and heat over medium heat and bring to a light boil.
Use a fork or potato masher to break up the berries and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice, chia seeds and honey and remove from the heat.
Allow to cool completely and transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
