Making the Perfect Couscous

Couscous is very quick and easy to whip up! When meatballs have been in the oven for 5 minutes, begin almost preparing the couscous.

  1. Add one cup of water and one teaspoon olive oil to a saucepan.  Bring to a boil.
  2. Add one cup of couscous to the boiling water, cover with a lid and remove the pan from heat.
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes and then fluff with a fork.

In keeping with the simplicity of this dish, the dressing is equally as easy to prepare. Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl or jar with a lid. Whisk ingredients (or shake if using a jar) until combined. That’s it!
