Homemade Frozen Cream Pops -Chocolate Fudge!
These Chocolate Fudge Pops couldn’t be easier to make. They are bursting with chocolate flavor and lower in calories than store-bought fudge pops. They do have some chocolate chips in them, but we used them sparingly. If you use dark chocolate chips, you get the added benefit of antioxidants found in chocolate. Plus, cocoa powder is a rich source of polyphenols, is high in fiber, has a significant amount of magnesium, increases HDL (good cholesterol), and it has mood-boosting properties. Making them is easy as 1-2-3; the hard part is waiting for them to freeze so you can enjoy all that chocolaty goodness!
Pineapple Pops!
The pineapple pops are just as easy to make. All you have to do is follow the same steps for the chocolate fudge pops, but swap ingredients. Place all ingredients in a blender, puree, pour in molds and again the hard part … waiting for them to freeze! The pineapple pops have the added bonus of protein and probiotics from the Greek yogurt. The yogurt also creates a smooth luscious creaminess. Oh so good! The recipe calls for fresh-squeezed orange juice. We know how busy everyone can be and sometimes time is limited, so if you don’t have time to freshly squeeze orange juice, we recommend buying a quality orange juice with no added sugars to use instead. If you don’t tell, we won’t either!
